WHERE EVERYTHING BEGAN

After working across nearly every corner of residential and commercial real estate, from mobile home parks to warehouses, from student housing to luxury golf-front Airbnbs, Alex bought his first wedding venue in southern Utah. He loved it so much that he started calling every venue owner he could find in the state to see who else might be willing to sell.

Before long, he found a second venue with the help of his two partners, Braden and Matt. Braden learned the operations from scratch and took that venue from just 38 weddings annually to over 115 in his first year. The three of them went on to purchase a third venue, and as they dove deeper into the industry, they noticed something interesting.

The wedding venue world is filled with emotion, passion, creativity, and beauty, but many owners focus so heavily on those aspects that they struggle with the systems, operations, and profitability needed to keep their venue running smoothly and sustainably. That’s where we found our purpose.
